I have known Olivia for what seems to be FOREVER. We met at a small and frankly, AMAZING fitness studio about 5 years ago. What I did not know then was that she would become one of my absolute favorite people in the world. In the last year Olivia and her husband Irvin have been on a path of wellness, love and helping others; and this is why I am overjoyed to share them with you today on the blog! Let me introduce to you Irvin and Olivia and the “Optimum Wellness Club“. Not only are they incredible wellness coaches, but they are also friends and very supportive clients. 1. In a few of your own words, describe what you do.
“We help people to realize they have the intelligence to help or heal themselves through self-awareness.”
2. What makes your company different than other businesses in the field?
“This is hard to say because we don’t know very much about other businesses in this field. We could be doing the same things as other companies… coaching our clients with a “whole-listic” approach to fitness. We also understand that our approach isn’t for everybody, some people want the easy way but we want to do it the best way. We think the reason(s) our clients are attracted to us is because we care.”
3. Who is your ideal client?
“Our ideal client is someone whose performance is of importance to them-professionals who help others, business owners, performers, stay at home parents; these are the people that have our focus.”
4. Why do you do what you do?
“We’ve had to live what our clients are going through; unhealthy weight, depression, digestive disorders, insomnia, self-sabotage, and more. We’ve also lived coming out of these circumstances. When Olivia was little, she won the “greatest helper award” and keeps this memory close to her heart. Irvin believes that self-awareness leads to self-reliance and optimum wellness. These experiences, though distressing at the time, have helped us so we can better help our clients.”
5. What or who motivates you?
“We are motivated by people who are always willing to do the right thing, no matter what.”
6. What do you do when you are not working?
“We are usually playing with our dogs, reading, or spending time in our home away from the world.”
7. What would we be surprised to learn about you?
“Considering what we do and how much fun we have with people, we both love our time alone! Time to recharge, time to reflect. We both enjoy a hot bath, Olivia likes it extra hot. And we understand that not everyone may need as much time alone as we do but, everyone could benefit from some self-love and self-care.
